The 100 workout!

Okay guys, this workout is a lot more challenging than the ones that i've been posting. But if you can survive this, you are a champ! & you should be so proud of yourself afterwards.  Sometimes if im low on time, I'll skip the ten minute run and save it for when I have time to do it, or go on the ellyptical. (is that how it is spelled?) :) anyways, I still feel pretty darn good about myself if I get through 1-9. Check out some of my earlier exercise posts if you want to start smaller & then work yourself up to this. Remember to drink lots of water, and stretch before/afterwards.  Look out for another blog post this evening!
